This year, we are pleased to welcome Mr Dinesh Vasu Dash, Minister of State at the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and Ministry of Manpower as our Guest of Honour. We are also pleased to welcome Dr Teo Kay Key, Senior Research Fellow, Social Lab, Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) Social Lab as our Guest Speaker. The discussion will be moderated by Mr Nicholas Thomas, the Research Lead of Deliberation and Public Participation and Research Fellow at IPS Policy Lab.
