مَالِي سِوىٰ بَابكَ المأمولُ أقرعهُ مِن بعدِ ما سُدّت الأبوابُ من دُوني
عيناكِ بحرٌ ولمْ ابلغْ سَواحلهُ بَل تُهتُ فيهِ وضيّعتُ اتجَاهاتِي
سيرحلُ الحزنُ والبُشرى ستعقُبُه ويُمنَحُ القلبُ يومًا ما تمنّاهُ
وَلِمَاذَا قَطَعْنَا مَعًا هٰذَا الطَّرِيقَ الطَّوِيلَ إِذَا كَانَ عَلَيْنَا أَنْ نَفْتَرِقَ فِي النِّهَايَةِ ؟
مَا عَادَ فِي القَلبِ إلَّا الحُزْنُ يَحْمِلُهُ وَلَمْ يَعُدْ لِي سِوىٰ ذِكْرَىٰ مِنَ النَّدَمِ
من ذا الذَي أغواكَ عن متاهاتِ حُبي ورمَيتني بسيف هجركَ وأضعتني
