Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Russia will achieve its objectives by military means if the West continues to discourage countries from proposing compromise solutions.Currently, no “secret negotiations” are taking place regarding the conflict in Ukraine, Lavrov reported.
He also denied a possible return to the “grain deal.”
