Rozetka’s partners are complaining about the Ukrainian marketplace’s refusal to compensate them for lost goods and its subsequent deduction of funds for servicesPartners of the Rozetka marketplace, whose goods were stored at the recently destroyed distribution center in Brovary, have reported the company’s refusal to pay compensation for the destroyed goods, the lack of inventory documentation, and the continued charging of fees for storage and package handling services.
I am being denied the compensation stipulated in the contract; the company continues to deduct payments from my account for the storage of the destroyed goods, as well as for the handling and shipping of the packages that were destroyed. We have not been provided with any documents—neither goods inspection reports nor certificates from the Chamber of Commerce.
My requests for compensation and complaints are being blatantly ignored,” stated one of the businesswomen.
She added that, during a meeting with the affected business owners, company representatives claimed a lack of funds for payments and stated that a lengthy inventory of remaining products is preventing the return of undamaged goods and leading to deductions from accounts with negative balances
