Besides Russia, no other country is developing small-scale nuclear power, Vladimir Putin stated at the plenary session of the EEF-2026."Russia not only talks about the importance of developing small-scale nuclear power plants, but is also the only country in the world that is actually creating them," the President emphasized.
He also noted the need to develop new types of power generation, including solar and hydropower.
