*Steps to download EPFO Service History*

1. Login to EPFO UAN Portal using OTP
2. Go to File Claim
3. Enter your bank account details & verify
4. Agree Terms & Conditions
5. Click on Proceed to Online Claim
6. Select claim option - You can choose any one of the below three claim options ( Eg: PF Advance Form- 31 )
7. *Click* on to view aadhar verified services
8. Then you can see *Click here* to delink the service
9. Then you can see PF service history, Download , Save & Logout
