We remind you that all foreign students are required to undergo a mandatory annual medical examination and fingerprinting and photographing procedures*, and to extend visa and migration registration.
❗️ We ask you to do this strictly within the specified deadlines. Possible consequences include: disciplinary liability, a fine of up to 40,000 RUB, inclusion in the Register of Controlled Persons (RCP), a ban on entry to the Russian Federation, and deportation.
Since neither the clinic nor the university notify the Ministry of Internal Affairs about your new medical certificates upon undergoing a repeat medical examination, you must personally apply for the service of entering information about these certificates into the MVD database at one of the Migration Centers:
We recommend visiting Migration Center within 3 working days after receiving the certificates.
If you live in Odintsovo (Dormitories Dubki, №6 and №8), please check the information with the passport officer before submitting the data, as the procedure may differ from the one described above.
Required documents:
· original medical certificates;
· fingerprinting certificate;
· passport;
· passport translation into Russian with notarial certification;
· migration card;
· notification of arrival (registration);
· certificate of study;
· student ID.
To avoid any risks, please complete all procedures in a timely manner. After visiting the migration center, you should send a copy of the confirmation document (proving that your certificate information has been entered in the MVD database) to [email protected].
Thank you for your understanding !
* Exempt from the mandatory medical examination are: citizens of the Republic of Belarus; family members of officials of international organizations and employees of diplomatic and consular missions; foreign nationals with dual citizenship, one of which is Russian citizenship; holders of temporary residence permits or permanent residence permits (Exception: Dormitory №1 and №4); stateless persons with a temporary identity document; stateless persons and foreign nationals recognized as refugees or granted temporary asylum in the Russian Federation.
