🦉 HTND v2.14.0 released. 🦉

Please when updating, just replace the binaries and don't reset the database. After replacing binaries on disk quickly restart the node and you should be OK to keep running. Of course utxoindexing might take some time, but if you run without utxoindex you should be able to continue mining as soon as possible.

Clean sync is not yet completely working, but at least won't stall on generating or validating pruning point proof and continues to resolve the virtual, but afterwards might crash on missing block parents. Missing block parents are caused by 2.11.0 nodes, so as quickly as you can please update and the consensus can stabilize.

Now submitted and relayed block status is resolved as soon as possible instead of lazily like before. Which means the consensus notices any kind of issues with the blocks faster instead of propagating pending UTXO validated blocks as parents of new blocks.

I'll be releasing new version soon after I know what needs to be disabled/enabled in validation when 2.11.0 nodes shutdown.
