You never know what someone is carrying. A hug, a kind word, or simply taking a moment to listen might help someone take one more step forward. No act of kindness is too small.
Thank you to the mom in the Tesla for stopping, calling for help, blocking traffic to keep everyone safe. Thank you to the young woman who was out for a walk and stayed with them in the grass and starting walking with them back to his home.
Her company meant more than she probably realized. And thank you to the police officers who responded with genuine compassion, patience, and care.
