• Current stake: 29.88%
• Post-acquisition stake: ~32.8%
• Investment: Up to ₹1,758 Cr in cash
• Ather FY26 turnover: ₹3,671.76 Cr
• Transaction expected to be completed by 3 September 2026
The move strengthens Hero MotoCorp’s presence in the electric two-wheeler segment.
