Living off-grid is tough.
Tonight the temperature dropped to 4°C (39°F), and our jungle mountain house isn't exactly well insulated. I wake up making firewood and go to bed after making firewood.
During the day I take care of the chickens, work in the garden, fix things (there's always something to fix), prepare food, and spend whatever time is left either trolling on X or writing my book.
Sure, life would probably be less exhausting if I just drove to the supermarket, watched Netflix every night in a perfectly climate-controlled apartment, and ate Papa John's.
But it would also be a lot less fulfilling.
