No Change On The Middle East Front...
At this point it's easy to get lost in all these headlines about Iran, the US, and so on. One minute it's this happening, the next it's that. A peace deal one moment, total war the next.
🇺🇸🇮🇷 Bottom line: all the noise gets cut away by the numbers. And what we see is that in the Strait of Hormuz, things are exactly as they've been since the war started. Tankers keep the same in-and-out pattern that settled in during the conflict. There was only a brief spike around the "so-called" peace deal.
Numbers and facts save an enormous amount of time. You can spend forever reading the "hot air" coming out of Trump and end up understanding nothing, or you can just look at the statistics and the world takes on much clearer outlines.
As for their war, no change. It'll effectively keep going, because it's too important for the whole region, and for how power gets arranged in global geopolitics.
