ال breast ، خلي نمر على كم معلومة تشريحية بسيطة خاف ننسأل بيها ، وهم تفيدنه بفهم كم pathology بعد شويه ممكن تصير بال breast :
اول شغلة هو modified sweat gland و متكون من fibro-fatty tissue و يكون بال superficial fascia فبالتالي هو superficial gland ، مغطى بال skin و بظهره اكو pectoralis fascia و مثبت بيهن عن طريق cooper’s ligament و anatomy مالته كالتالي :
*it extends from the 2nd to the 6th rib and it extends from the sternum to the mid axillary line. Axillary tail passes deep to the deep fascia.
*the nipple protrude forward ,downward, and lateral , at the Level of 4'h intercostal space ,it gets lower by age.
*Areola ; dark area of skin . becomes mote pigmented with pregnancy.
بس ال pectoralis major صايره وره ال breast ؟ لا ال seratous anterior هم موجوده
ال blood supply منين ياخذه ؟ و ال venous drainage & lymph node ؟
Blood supply :
-The lateral thoracic artery, from the 2n part of the axillary artery. -The perforating cutaneous branches of internal mammary artery to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th intercostal spaces. -The lateral branch of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th intercostal arteries. -Pectoral branches of acromiothoracic artery.
Venous drainage:
-The superficial veins drain to the axillary, internal mammary, and intercostal vessels.
-Deep vein accompany the arteries
*Through posterior intercostal veins, venous drainage communicates with paravertebral venous plexus. Therefore, secondaries in vertebrae is common in carcinoma of breast.
