The IDF states that it's troops had entered two tunnel routes beneath the hills, capturing it entirely above and below, killing Hezbollah personnel and forcing others to withdraw. The IDF adds that it is currently working to demolish the networks.
The IDF claims that the tunnels include command nodes, storage sites, power generator rooms, and living quarters, built with the aid of Iran's IRGC in 2014. The IDF threatens that any attempt to attack the IDF troops in the area will be met with a response.
Note that 2 weeks ago, we reported the successful entry of IDF special forces into the tunnel network. Moreover, the IDF reported a couple incidents where Hezbollah launched FPV drones at infantry in the area, presumably while attempting the capture.
