Courts never treated everyone the same. good lawyers and the time to fight a case always favored people with money. that part is not a mystery.
An AI judged system does not erase that overnight. if you understand how the contract is written, what counts as evidence, and how to frame the dispute, you will still have an advantage. same game, different tools.
What it does change is the entry point. a lot of people never even reached a courtroom because the process itself was the punishment. too slow, too expensive, not worth it for a small claim. if the first decision sits on a random validator set instead of whoever you can afford to hire, at least more people get heard.
So I don’t think it fully closes the gap, and I don’t think it just hands the whole system to whoever learned the tech first either.
It shrinks the money wall. the skill wall stays. whether that is more fair depends on whether the tools stay simple enough that you don’t need a specialist just to use them.
