👀 EPIC GAMES JUST REBUILT ITS LAUNCHER.
⠀
And there's a VERY interesting surprise.
⠀
LINUX SUPPORT. 🐧
⠀
Epic has released an early preview of its completely redesigned Games Launcher.
⠀
The goal?
⠀
⚡ Faster startup
🚀 Snappier navigation
💻 Lower background resource usage
🎮 Easier game-library access
🐧 Native Linux launcher support
🎨 A completely refreshed interface
⠀
And Epic confirmed something even bigger:
⠀
FORTNITE IS COMING TO LINUX.
⠀
The company is rebuilding Easy Anti-Cheat support to make that possible.
⠀
⚠️ Important: Fortnite on Linux is NOT available yet, and the new launcher is still a preview with missing features.
⠀
It's available to test on Windows, macOS and Linux.
