🎓 Preferred: Tier1 / Tier2 institutes only
What we’re looking for:
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Excellent problem-solving and coding skills
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong focus on correctness, reliability, and scalability
• Ideally, candidates with full-time or internship experience in FinTech, Finance, or HFT
• Interest in backend systems, production engineering, or financial technology is a plus
• Familiarity with Go, Linux, AWS, or system monitoring is an added advantage
Required key skills:
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, C++, Java, or Python
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
• Knowledge of Linux, operating systems, networking, and databases
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, testing, and system design fundamentals
