Corporal Vikky Pahade was a brave and dedicated Air Warrior who displayed exceptional courage during a terrorist ambush in Poonch, J&K.
Despite being grievously wounded, he returned effective fire, protecting his comrades and enabling them to counter the attack. He made the supreme sacrifice at the age of 33.
