RusHydro is set to receive 450 billion rubles through support measures over the next five years, with plans to maintain its investment program at the same level as the previous two years. An additional 170 billion rubles will be secured through a liberalization mechanism for hydroelectric power plants. The company has indicated it is not interested in constructing new thermal power plants in the Far East, according to board member Roman Berdnikov at the Eastern Economic Forum.
