Kindly update the app from the Microsoft Store.
After updating, if you see the “Access Restricted” screen, please set up a PIN on your laptop, then uninstall and reinstall the app

If the issue still persists, you’ll find a form below the message. Enter your name and mobile number and submit it. Our team will manually verify your device and assist you.
