🛢️ 🔥 August was the worst month yet for Russian oil refineries since the war began.
16 facilities got hit. The Ministry of Defense officially confirmed 12 major refineries as targets, but four more were struck too, just left off that list.
🔴 Fully offline: Kirishi (KINEF), NORSK in Kstovo, Perm, Orsk, Saratov, Novoshakhtinsk.
🟡 Running weak: YANOS in Yaroslavl lost two of three units after the August 28 strike. Only about 27% capacity left.
🟢 Hit but still running: Syzran, TANECO, Novokuybyshevsk, Ilsky, Afipsky, the three Ufa plants (Novoil, UNPZ, Ufaneftekhim), and Salavat.
Some got hit twice in one month: TANECO, Orsk, YANOS, Novoil, UNPZ. And after August 26, three Lukoil giants (Volgograd, Perm, NORSK) were down at the same time.
