Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has reiterated that Slovakia will not participate in EU financial mechanisms used to fund Ukraine's military needs, including the €90 billion EU loan mechanism.

Fico says Slovakia does not believe in a military solution to the war and will instead continue supporting Ukraine through humanitarian and non-military assistance.
