Chinese AI startup Moonshot AI plans to raise up to $5 billion through an initial public offering in Hong Kong, which could value the company at $50 billion, according to Bloomberg. The United States has expressed concerns, referring to the development of Kimi K3 as a "DeepSeek 2.0" moment.
