Chinese AI startup Moonshot AI plans to raise up to $5 billion through an initial public offering in Hong Kong, which could value the company at $50 billion, according to Bloomberg. The company previously launched an open-source model, Kimi K3, featuring 2.8 trillion parameters, making it reportedly the largest AI model worldwide. The United States has expressed concerns, referring to the development of Kimi K3 as a "DeepSeek 2.0" moment.
