The Prime Minister announced the timeline during a ceremony at Hun Sen Rota Khsach Kandal High School, where 23,067 land ownership certificates were handed over to residents across 17 villages in Kandal province’s Ksach Kandal district. The event marked a major administrative milestone for Kandal, signaling the official completion of systematic land registration across the entire province.
To date, authorities have surveyed 13,956,479 land parcels, representing 103 percent of the initial estimated target. A total of 9,641,857 land titles have been formally issued—including 2.6 million newly processed titles—with 8,765,419 land ownership certificates already distributed directly to citizens.
