Youth projects provide many valuable opportunities, including funded trainings, accommodation, meals, travel support, certificates, intercultural learning, networking, and unforgettable international experiences. These opportunities are made possible through the continuous hard work, responsibility, and dedication of organisations and project teams.
In recent periods, however, there has been an increasing lack of appreciation, contribution, cooperation, and respectful communication from some participants. Repeated conflicts and negative attitudes discourage organisations that work hard to make these opportunities available for young people.
If this situation does not improve, organisations may significantly reduce the number of youth projects, limit participant opportunities, apply much stricter selection procedures, and decrease the number of young people selected for future activities. *In the long term, if participants do not change their attitude and behaviour, the organisation may decide to completely stop organising youth projects and mobility opportunities.*
Everyone is strongly encouraged to contribute positively, show respect towards organisations, and help create a supportive and cooperative environment. The future of such opportunities depends not only on organisations, but also on the attitude and behaviour of participants themselves.
