Inspired by all the marginalized people who are told everyday that we shouldn't wish or pray for "minor things" and keep focus on "the real issues", and the rebellious sensation of grabbing the power to pray and achieve your own prayers yourself. To steal the power of God for you because you're tired of waiting for a system that is never going to help you without a fight.
Finally releasing my piece for The night of the 1000 Lucifers fanzine!!
First time participating with artists from Bluesky that weren't furry and I had a blast drawing humanoid again. And all the money gathered is going for a NGO to help Women in Afghanistan 💜
I ended going for another black and white illustration, mostly because I didn't have the time to do it in color. Hope next time I collaborate in a fanzine, I can finally make a piece in color again :____)
