On-site Resident Engineer – Optical Transmission (CLS / Data Centre) Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Immediate start | 12-month contract | Fluent English + Arabic We’re looking for a hands-on Resident Engineer to supervise optical transport & transmission implementation inside live Cable Landing Stations and Data Centres in Jeddah. You will bring: 8+ years field experience in optical/transmission implementation (3+ years supervising contractors/vendors). Strong experience in CLS/DC environments: rack & power, fibre routing, ODF/MMR termination, OTDR, IL, ORL, CD, PMD, OSNR testing & acceptance Proven ability to raise NCRs, drive punch-list closure, produce site reports, and coordinate MOPs/PTW without impacting live services.
