ECG Features:
* Early wide QRS complex (PVC)
* No preceding P wave
* The PVC falls on or distorts the T wave
* Often followed by a compensatory pause
→ Can lead to:
* Ventricular Tachycardia (VT)
* Torsades de Pointes
* Ventricular Fibrillation (VF)
