I respect every colleague pursuing a degree. Genuinely. It takes discipline. It takes sacrifice. It is not a small thing. But I noticed something quietly over the past year. While they are studying for a better future — the bills are still arriving today. A degree improves your value in a system someone else controls. A skill-based system generates income in a system you control. I am not choosing one over the other. I am saying the smartest move is to build both — study for tomorrow, earn from today. That is what I am doing. And it is available to anyone willing to start.
