A salary is important. It can provide stability and support your daily life. But depending on a salary alone creates a financial ceiling. Your income depends on one employer. Your growth depends on one decision-maker. If that income stops, the system stops. This is why I encourage beginners to learn additional skills. Skills create options. Skills create new income paths.
