[SG60 art] 🇸🇬 In celebration of National Day, the People’s Association is launching 18 giant art installations islandwide! 🏘️ This is part of the PAssionArts Festival 2025, themed “Our Neighbourhood Gems”. 🎨 These artworks come in two series: - 5 massive installations created by community districts - 13 large-scale installations by smaller neighbourhood groups 👩‍🎨 Led by artists, residents and students from Community Arts and Culture Clubs collaborated to tell unique local stories on specially designed canvases. 🌳 Highlights include the interactive installation featuring five familiar local spots like Rifle Range Nature Park and Bukit Panjang’s Pang Sua Pond. 🎊 The first three major pieces debuted on Aug 10 at National Day neighbourhood celebrations in Yishun, Geylang Serai, and Bukit Gombak, involving over 300 residents and students. 📆 The remaining 13 installations will be completed and displayed across neighbourhoods from late Aug until Mar 2026. #lifestylethursday🌱 #local #J
