- Ult Cost 140 -> 130
- Ult SPD buff 25% for 3 turns -> 30% for 4 turns
- Elation Skill Bounce Hit MV 15% -> 18%
- Elation Skill is now considered FUA when Aven is the sole Elation character
- E2 additional Fervour from Elation Skill 2 -> 4
- E6 effect now triggers after 2 Elation Skills instead of Ultimates

RobinS
- Attacks from allies buffed by her Ultimate now generates 1 -> 2 extra Vibes
- E1 effect can now be triggered with any ability rather than just Skills
- E6 changed to being able to overcap Robin's Ult and getting 140 Energy when entering Fever or Fever's cooldown taking action
