1) If the firmament is "the atmosphere", gases, or nonsolid materials, why did God tell us in Ezekiel 1 & 10 the crystal stone he made the firmament is Saphir stone (a solid)?
2) If the firmament is a gasious atmosphere, gases, or nonsolids, why did Ezekiel say when he talked to God that he saw the Saphir stone firmament was physically stretched over the living creatures' heads?
3) Why did God call the firmament a tent & curtain unless it is solid & is shaped like a solid tent in Isaiah 40:22 & covers earth as a curtain with stars+sun+moon in it?
4) Why does God call the firmament A VEIL spread over ALL the world's nations & a thing he'll destroy, in Isaiah 25?
5) Why does God in Genesis 1, when talking about the firmament, call the firmament "Heaven" & then God mentions in Revelation 6 that the same heaven that God said he put the stars, sun, & moon into in Genesis 1:14-19, is the same heaven that shall depart as a scroll before the post trib, prewrath rapture?
6) Why does God in Genesis 7-8 mention the firmament has windows in it for the flood of Noah from the waters above it to flood the whole face of the earth?
7) Why does God mention in Genesis 1 the firmament divides the waters above from the waters underneath?
Ezekiel 1:22, 10:1
And the likenesse of the firmament vpon the heads of the liuing creature was as the colour of the terrible chrystall, stretched foorth ouer their heads aboue.
Then I looked, and beholde, in the firmament that was aboue the head of the Cherubims, there appeared ouer them as it were a Saphir stone, as the appearance of the likenesse of a throne.
Isaiah 40:22
