This system divides the marketing specialist role into six progressive levels, defining a complete career development path from foundational execution to strategic leadership. It aims to attract outstanding talents with varying levels of experience worldwide and jointly build an efficient and exceptional global marketing team.

Marketing Specialist Job Grade Codes:
DAS-1 | DAS-2 | DAS-3 | DAS-4 | DAS-5 | DAS-6

Job Grade Evaluation and Promotion Standards.
The job grade for Marketing Specialists is primarily determined based on the "total number of recommended first-level and second-level effective users." The higher the grade, the more favorable the corresponding salary and benefits, and the broader the career development opportunities.

(I) Definition of Effective Users
The first-level and second-level users you recommend must each accumulate a deposit of no less than 50 USDT to be counted as effective users.

Promotion and Advancement Process.
Once you meet the effective user requirements for the corresponding job level, please contact your dedicated Project Manager promptly to submit your promotion application.
