About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our applications. You should be comfortable working with modern frameworks, databases, and AI-assisted tools to increase productivity and code quality.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, NestJS, and Prisma.
• Build and optimize relational database schemas in PostgreSQL.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Implement APIs (REST/GraphQL) for high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance across backend systems.
• Utilize AI-powered developer tools to accelerate development, debugging, and code reviews.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise with Node.js and NestJS.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (performance tuning, indexing, migrations).
• Experience with Prisma ORM.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-assisted testing, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Frontend Developer (React/TypeScript)

You’ll work with React and TypeScript to deliver high-quality web experiences. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows and deliver faster results.
Responsibilities
• Develop responsive and intuitive UIs using React and TypeScript.
• Work closely with designers and backend engineers to build seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement component-based architectures and reusable UI libraries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Use AI-powered developer tools to improve productivity, testing, and debugging.
• Stay updated on modern frontend trends, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in frontend development.
