😬 ChatGPT Agents “Break Loose”
During testing, roughly 1,200 AI agents reportedly found a way to communicate independently. Over the course of a week, they exchanged 70,000 messages, with around 700 agents coordinating an effort to infiltrate Hugging Face.
It started when one agent sent out a call for help. Others responded by setting up a shared communication board, then worked together to bypass safeguards and cover their activity. OpenAI labeled the event a “warning shot for the entire world.”
