Job Summary
The IT Graduate Trainee Program is designed to develop qualified professionals who can become future successors within the Information Technology Office of the Bank. Trainees will undergo a one-year structured program and will be automatically reclassified to the next job level upon successful completion, based on their specialization.
Under the close supervision of their respective Work Unit Heads, Graduate Trainees will support daily operations, contribute to improvement initiatives, and develop the competencies required for specialized and cross-functional roles within the Bank’s IT environment.
