መንግሥት በሚቀጥሉት አምስት ዓመታት 1.5 ሚሊዮን የመኖሪያ ቤቶችን ለመገንባት ያቀደውን ትልቅ ሀገራዊ ግብ ለማሳካት በሚስችሉ የፋይናንስ አማራጮች ላይ ውይይት ተካሄደ፡፡

የባንኩ ከፍተኛ አመራሮች ከስራ ተቋራጮች እና ከሪል እስቴት አልሚዎች ጋር እቅዱን መተገብር በሚቻልብት መንገድ ዙሪያ መክረዋል፡፡
የኢትዮጵያ ልማት ባንክ አልሚዎች በስፋትና በፍጥነት መገንባት እንዲችሉ የሚያስችሉ ልዩ የፋይናንስ አሰራሮችንና የብድር አማራጮችን እያዘጋጀ ይገኛል።
