💡 What you'll do:
• Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
• Lead a team of moderators, enhancing AI moderation tools.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Trust & Safety teams for compliance.
• Build best-in-class moderation and trust & safety capabilities.
• Drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
🎯 What we expect:
• 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• Experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments.
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• English proficiency; Russian is a strong advantage.
