💥 Tango is hiring a Cloud FinOps Engineer
💡 What you'll do:
• Manage day-to-day FinOps operations: integrate cost data, conduct daily analyses, and report findings.
• Build AI-leveraged analytics for cost visibility and optimization.
• Drive cost allocation and accountability at the domain and feature level.
• Create continuous recommendations for resource utilization and rightsizing.
• Establish cost-control guardrails for high-volatility spend categories.
🛠 Tech stack:
GCP (preferred), SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), Python.
🎯 What we expect:
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Python proficiency for automation and data analysis.
• Instinct for cost-anomaly investigation and self-direction in research.
⭐ Nice to have:
• Kubernetes and Terraform experience.
• FinOps Foundation Certified Practitioner (FOCP).
• Experience in large-scale cloud environments.
