A agrees with B to arrange a woman as a wife for Bโs nephew for โน50,000. A brings the woman to the railway station to convince B that the arrangement is genuine. After B arranges and pays โน50,000, A takes him towards the womanโs supposed residence, but deliberately escapes with the money. The agreement itself is void/unenforceable in civil law. Can A nevertheless be convicted for cheating? Give reasons.
