"Change is the only constant , what doesn't changes becomes extinct". Its an Evolutionary fact.
This year during NEET Exam govt banned Telegram for few days and moreover govt has decided to keep close eye on telegram channel.
Barring some issues Telegram has been highly facilitative in UPSC Preparation but any legal action against Telegram will hamper direct communication during crucial phase in exam.
