If the argument is that Lindsay Clancy isn't criminally liable for a triple homicide, because she "wasn't in her right state of mind", then no violent crime is prosecutable.
If that's the precedent, how is any murder criminal? No one who is having a good day and in a stable mental state is murdering anyone.
Why have laws?
