My lab reports have confirmed Typhoid, and my Dengue markers are high enough that it has not been ruled out. The infection is severe, alongside a heavy course of antibiotics, the doctor has prescribed IV fluid drips at night. As a result, I am strictly bedridden and will be completely out of action for the next few days.
