First, we want to say THANK YOU to our incredible community. The enthusiasm and support you’ve shown for Grey Network has been amazing. So many of you were eager to complete KYC and move forward at the same time that our platform experienced an extraordinary surge in traffic. That level of demand placed significant pressure on our servers, resulting in instability and making access to some parts of the platform difficult for users.
Our engineering team has been working intensively behind the scenes to identify the bottlenecks, stabilize the infrastructure, and restore a smoother experience. We’re happy to say that the platform is now stable and operating normally. ✅

To ensure a more reliable experience for everyone, we are introducing a scheduled KYC batch completion model. Rather than having everyone access and process KYC simultaneously, users will be moved through controlled batches.
