They are calling it a dual-track strategy. I call it a desperate bid for relevance before the wash hits. OCTOS wants to bridge memes and functional utility. Sure, because that worked out so well for the last fifty projects that went to zero. Why do people even wear socks in summer? The strategy relies on a DAO to manage development, which sounds great in a whitepaper but usually ends in a stagnant project where the treasury is slowly drained by anonymous contributors. It is the same old game of musical chairs but with a fresh coat of gaming paint.
