Orochi and Sumsub are trying to fix a problem that regulators created. Vietnam is formalizing its framework, so these guys are peddling the only tool available: compliance-by-design. It sounds slick until the government asks for the keys to the kingdom. My screen is flickering again. If you keep your bags on these platforms, you are effectively self-reporting. They claim the zkDatabase protects us, but when the authorities demand the data, the 'zero-knowledge' part disappears faster than my optimism in this bear market.
