Fast rule: rumors move price fast… and dump faster.
✅ DO
- Wait for official confirmation (club/agent + tier-1 sources)
- Check liquidity + spread before entering
- Use limit orders and scale in/out
- Set a hard invalidation (tight stop, known level)
- Take profits on spikes (sell into strength)
- Size small on news plays (high volatility)
❌ DON’T
- Buy after a 2–3 green-candle sprint
- FOMO on “insider” screenshots/anonymous channels
- Ignore unlocks, vesting, or upcoming announcements
- Turn a rumor trade into an “investment”
- Average down blindly in a hype fade
