Dubai is just a playground for the wreckage of 2024. They are pivoting to this AI future track because nobody cares about layer twos anymore. But they are still building bridges to nowhere. The coffee here tastes like burnt rubber and broken dreams. We will watch them try to marry decentralized ledgers with robotics, which sounds expensive and entirely useless for actual retail liquidity. It is a massive networking nexus, sure, but mostly for vultures looking to pick the bones of the next failing protocol. Do not buy the hype when the market is clearly rigged.
