Trying to move from Web2 into crypto? Don’t rewrite your experience as if none of it matters anymore.Instead, look at the role you want and ask: which problems have I already solved that this company also needs someone to solve?
Maybe you’ve managed clients, built products, handled support, sold software, run campaigns, analyzed data or worked across distributed teams.
Those skills still count.
The part you need to add is context: show that you understand the crypto product, users and ecosystem you want to work in.
You don’t need to erase your previous career to build a new one in Web3. You need to make the connection clear.
